Phyllis Jacobs

A Larchmont resident and accomplished real estate professional, Phyllis has been working in the real estate space for over 28 years with over $500 million in sales volume.  She is a specialist in selling Westchester’s Sound Shore area single family homes, land and condos.  Knowing that the key to her success is being a full-service broker, Phyllis also handles rental properties and works with the area’s top developers to create some of the finest new home projects in Westchester.  She is also licensed in Connecticut.

Phyllis uses her extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods, schools and amenities to match select properties to her clients’ criteria.  Phyllis educates each client on every aspect of the market.  She works closely with buyers to carefully determine their needs and guides them every step of the way through the purchase process.  Sellers appreciate her expertise innovatively marketing their properties on over 300 websites locally and nationwide as well as through her social media network.  In addition, Phyllis’ own website is very well visited as is the Julia B Fee Sotheby’s website.  Sellers also enjoy having their homes fully readied for the market including staging and detailing.  Her goal is to obtain the most qualified prospects and the best price possible in the shortest amount of time. Phyllis’ unparalleled market knowledge, sharp negotiating skills and handling of every aspect of the sales process, has earned her enthusiastic referrals from both clients and customers.  As real estate has become more global, Phyllis has been able to draw on her network of domestic and international partners curated over the course of her career.

Prior to steering her impressive sales skills to the real estate field, Phyllis attended NYU studying Communications and Economics.  She then attended the NY School of Design to study Interior Design.  This sparked her creative path leading her to the garment industry and a position as Vice President of Sales at Warnaco.  A true entrepreneur, Phyllis started her own successful consulting business years later before becoming a trusted advisor in real estate.

A confirmed workaholic, in her spare time Phyllis enjoys spending time with her children, extended family and friends.  She also enjoys running, boating, Pilates, gourmet cooking, and travelling when time allows.  In addition, Phyllis is an advocate for people with disabilities working closely with many community groups.  Her love and commitment to the Sound Shore area and the people she serves explains why she is one of Julia B. Fee’s top producing brokers.
