Located twenty miles northeast of New York City, Rye Neck residents enjoy all that the Town of Mamaroneck offers. Often called our “private public school,” the Rye Neck Union Free School District serves students who live within the section of Mamaroneck that is incorporated into the Town of Rye. It offers a first-rate education in a smaller setting and students receive a great deal of individual attention.
The Rye Neck School District is one of the oldest public school districts in New York State. It serves approximately 1,400 students and has a two-part Elementary School system: Daniel Warren Elementary School (K-1) and F.E. Bellows Elementary School (Grades 2-4) which feed into the Rye Neck Middle School and Rye Neck High School.
